• How do I change my GT account password?

  The GT account (also known as your PRISM account or ACME account) is maintained by OIT. You can click here to change your GT account password.

  How can I check my office email from home or any other place?

  Use the SPECTRUM Web mail System located here

  How can I filter email spam?

  The email clients such as Eudora have built in filtering. If you want to configure your filters, within Eudora, click on the Tools menu > Filters > new, and fill out the following spaces:

  Heather: X-GT-Spam-Rating
  Contains: ####
  In the Action box, select the first box and from the menu select "Transfer to." Click on the button to select "Junk"

  Be sure to periodically check your "junk folder" for valid emails and delete the junk ones.

  What is the maximum email size that I can send?

  Spectrum accepts messages up to 70MB (~50MB attachment).

  What is the quota of my email account?

  The default Spectrum email storage was increased on March 28, 2005 to give every user 500 MB of disk space for storing email messages.
